Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-inclusive email management solution, which will give you absolute authority over your e-mailboxes and email campaigns. With this easy-to-use graphical user interface, you can set up a brand new mailbox in an instant and administer its settings effortlessly. Additionally, you can forward electronic mail messages from one e-mailbox account to another, set up mail filters, set up autoresponder messages and shield your electronic mail accounts against spam electronic mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can defend all your email mailboxes against spam mail messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no unsolicited e-mail messages will find their way into your e-mailbox. Your electronic mails will be sifted out on the basis of their spam score. You can also choose whether an email message blacklisted as spam should be erased or redirected to a particular electronic mail account.
Email Filters
Mail filters are ideal for sorting your incoming electronic mails based on specific criteria defined by you. Creating email filters is extremely easy - all you need to do is fill in a simple form and your email filter will be created and will go into effect immediately. You can swiftly create a filter for any of your email box accounts and specify the filtering criteria as per your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly forward your incoming e-mails from one email box account to another, or even to several other mail accounts. Just specify the e-mail account you wish to forward mail messages from, then select the target e-mail box and select if you want to leave a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager GUI, you can easily set up the mail client of your preference to access your e-mailbox accounts. Simply go to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mail box you would like to set up on your computer or cell phone and click on the e-mail client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your electronic mail client and the new e-mail box account will be set up in a minute.
More Features
With the Email Manager, working with multiple email accounts at the same time is child's play. The Email Manager GUI will also permit you to quickly create an autoresponder message - specify the message you would like people to notice and our system will do everything else. And if you wish to set up a catch-all email mailbox - you can accomplish that with a mere click on the Catch-all icon.
